Wedding Reception

The service was fantastic, the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly and helpful! We had a fantastic day from start to finish and all our guests thoroughly enjoyed themselves - you will come very highly recommended.”

What we did:

Pimms and Champagne reception on the terrace with canapés. This was followed by a sit down wedding breakfast for 40 guests with a Champagne toast. Drinks were then taken outside while the room was transformed for a party. In the evening 80 more guests arrived for a disco and barbecue.

What we did:

GWR fm had a Summer Barbecue for 70 to celebrate winning Sony station of the year in June ’08. They had a Pimms and beer reception on the terrace with olives and nuts followed by our BBQ menu 2, cooked on the terrace by our chef. For Christmas ‘08, they returned for their station Xmas party. They used a ‘voucher system’ to control the free bar. They sat in the heated marquee and enjoyed our set Christmas menu followed by a disco in the function room.

What we did:

A Black Tie Christmas party for a firm of stock brokers. They had a Champagne reception for 75 in the function room followed by a 3 course sit down Christmas dinner in the heated marquee. Wine was pre-ordered for the table. They had a free bar all night with music and dancing provided by Hotshots, our house DJ.

What we did:

We held a product launch for Stella 4% lager in Oct ’08. Inbev invited over 100 customers and corporate guests to sample the new beer. Every glass had to be perfectly served by our team of waitresses. Our kitchen team designed a canapé menu to compliment the taste of the beer. Advertising images and TV ads past and present were shown through all of our TVs.
