_Our kitchen team has put together a fantastic menu for your graduation so you can celebrate this important day with friends and family.

___For groups from 2 to 25 people we are offering our Graduation Menu. For larger groups please have a look at our Party Food which includes Set Menus, Buffets, Canapes, BBQ's and Hog Roasts.

Starters

- Homemade soup
and freshly baked bread (see specials boards)
- Roasted butternut squash, asparagus & fresh herb risotto
with freshly shaved Parmesan and fig flavored balsamic reduction (v)
- Loch-Duart salmon fish cake
with creamy leek and dill sauce
- Homemade pizza bread
with a choice of following toppings:
• Tarragon chicken, roasted red pepper, freshly shaved Parmesan, finished with aged balsamic
• Chorizo, sun blanched tomato and mozzarella finished with basil pesto
• Parma ham, caramelized onions, asparagus and Stilton
• Wild mushroom, goat’s cheese and Mediterranean vegetables finished with truffle oil (v)
• King prawn, scallions, pineapple, red pepper and Cheddar

with rustic ciabatta, tomato & shallot relish, smoked Applewood and chips
- Lamb burger
with rosemary foccacia, tzatziki, tomato, mozzarella and chips

- 8oz organic 28 day matured Hereford Rib Eye steak
served with a choice of veg or salad & pink peppercorn or red wine, balsamic & garlic sauce £5 supplement
- Prosciutto wrapped chicken breast
stuffed with pistachio, chilli & coriander served with rosemary sweet potato dauphinois and roasted red pepper & mango raita
- Handmade herb gnocchi
with saute´´ of wild mushroom and asparagus served with crème fraîche and chervil dressing
- Loch-Duart salmon fish cakes
