It’s that time of year again. January. When we all begin to re-access the choices we’ve made over Christmas, (pudding? Yes please) and turn to those little things called resolutions to kick-start the New Year. With any luck, we’ll start exercising more, being more pro-active, eating healthier or maybe take a stab at ‘dry January’ (please… anything but that). While we can’t guarantee this January will be any different from the last, we can certainly try! As part of our 2017 New Year’s resolution, we’ve decided to experiment with some new flavours and textures and perhaps master this ‘Super Food Craze’ that has become more and more popular across the world. Our creative team of chefs have taken a few of the more admired super foods, mixed them together and topped it all off with our unique yogurt and cranberry dressing. This mix of colour, flavour and texture is sure to leave you feeling fresh and satisfied. Who says ‘clean eating’ needs to be boring?

The truth is in the name. Let’s be honest, nothing says ‘New year, new you’ like a fresh cut of Salmon fillet accompanied by some crisp asparagus and poached egg. Add some coconut and almonds in there and you’ve got yourself a beautiful, clean, healthy dish. If you’re anything like us, no matter the weather or mood, there isn’t much a good meal won’t fix.
