HowTheLightGetsIn Festival heads to the capital
To celebrate its 10th year HowTheLightGetsIn is landing in the heart of London this September. Previously taking place in Hay-on-Wye, this summer the festival will take place in the beautiful grounds of Kenwood House on Hampstead Heath.
For one weekend only you’ll find the world’s leading thinkers debating today’s biggest ideas. The festival is packed with stimulating debates covering topics from politics, art, philosophy and science. First speakers announced include psychologist Steven Pinker, author and playwright Deborah Levy, post-colonial theorist Homi Bhabha, activist and filmmaker Tariq Ali, mathematician and Hawking collaborator Roger Penrose and many more.
Alongside a range of debates and talks, there will be fantastic comedy and music acts and of course gorgeous food, all catered for by Racks. Each glass sipped, pint drunk and plate eaten will have been carefully put together by the Racks team.
Tickets are on sale now from the festival website. We’ll see you there!
