Every winter we transform our restaurant, turning it into a Winter Wonderland with it’s very own Ski Lodge, Après Bar and all the festive trimmings.
Your group will be allocated a space either in our restaurant or in the pop-up Ski Lodge based on group size and availability. Please make a note of your preferred space and our team will do their best to try accommodate you.
Please note that the Ski Lodge is only guaranteed for groups of 80+ who book for exclusive use.

Yes, all Christmas party food pre-orders at Racks Bar & Kitchen must be submitted no later than two weeks before your booking date. Pre-orders can be completed through our dedicated online pre-order portal.
No, the meat served at Racks Bar & Kitchen is not Halal. However, our festive Christmas menu includes a selection of delicious fish and vegetarian dishes for guests looking for alternatives.
Three dishes on our Christmas menu contain alcohol: the Duck Pâté, Blade of Beef and Christmas Pudding. All other dishes on our festive menu are alcohol-free.
Yes, full payment for your Christmas party booking at Racks Bar & Kitchen is required at least seven days before your reservation.
We always aim to begin serving your Christmas party food approximately 15 minutes after your booking start time, giving your group a chance to arrive and settle in.

Our Christmas party pricing at Racks Bar & Kitchen varies depending on your chosen date. Our most popular festive dates are classed as peak, while quieter dates are off-peak.
As dates become more popular, prices may increase, so the earlier you book, the better the price you’re likely to secure!
Our festive Ski Lodge is one of the most popular spots for Christmas parties at Racks Bar & Kitchen!
We can only guarantee seating in the Ski Lodge for groups of 80 or more guests who book the space exclusively.
For smaller groups, you’re welcome to request the Ski Lodge as your preferred seating area. We’ll do our best to accommodate you, but your final seating location will depend on other bookings for your chosen date and sitting.
While we don’t have a dedicated dancefloor or DJ, there’s always music playing throughout Racks Bar & Kitchen and a lively party atmosphere!
